My Approach
My therapy approach is holistic and integrative, blending traditional psychotherapy with somatic wellness practices. Drawing from my background in neuroscience and philosophy, I focus on the mind-body connection and incorporate somatic techniques such as breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound therapy. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, fostering self-awareness and personal transformation.
About me
I’m currently a graduate student at Northwestern University, pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a dual undergraduate background in Cognitive Neuroscience and Philosophy, I take a holistic approach to therapy, integrating my understanding of the brain, the mind-body connection, and somatic practices.
Getting Help
I work with a diverse range of clients, supporting individuals facing trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety and depression, life transitions, ADHD, and chronic stress. My practice also offers guidance for those navigating grief, exploring spirituality or religion, and addressing existential dilemmas. I specialize in helping individuals with sexuality and LGBTQ+ concerns, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Additionally, I support clients struggling with eating disorders and provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing across various life experiences.
